[ferro-alloys.com]Yesterday, global macro economy was still in serious condition. Besides, the price of future nickel dropped down in Shanghai Exchange. LME nickel price was affected. It dropped down again. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 11940 USD/T. It dropped down by 220 USD/T. Due to rising of U.S crude oil price last night, the price of future nickel rose up in domestic market today. Compared with Shanghai future nickel 2006 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was from 0 to 50 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 1300-1400 RMB/T. Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 100500 RMB/T. It was 1500 RMB/T higher than the price on last trading day.

The rising trend of stainless-steel price was restricted, so was the price of high-grade ferronickel. Today, the mainstream price of high-grade ferronickel was 930-950 RMB/Nickel, and the price of low-grade ferronickel was 3300-3450 RMB/T.
