[ferro-alloys.com]Due to conflict in Middle East, the gold price went up. Relatively, U.S dollar index went down. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 13810 USD/T. It was 35 USD/T higher than the price on last trading day. Due to rising of LME nickel price, the price of future nickel rose up in domestic market today. The trading volume was less. Compared with Shanghai future nickel 2002 contract, the premium of Russian nickel was from 200 to 400 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 6000-6500 RMB/T.Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 112800 RMB/T. It was 400 lower than the price yesterday. 

Influenced by snow, the logistics of plants was affected. Their outputs were restricted. The Spring Festival is coming soon. Some plants have halted their production for overhaul. The demand for ferronickel is decreased. So, the ferronickel price went down.Today，the mainstream of high grade ferronickel was 960-9700 RMB/Nickel point, and the price of low grade ferronickel was 3300-3450 RMB/T.
