The market transaction statistics shows that, in the main production areas such as Henan, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the mainstream transaction price of silicon calcium cored wire Ca28Si50∮13mm is 8,500-9,000 yuan per ton, Ca28Si55∮13mm is 10,000-10,500 yuan per ton, Ca30Si58∮13mm is 10,500-11,000 yuan per ton, and Ca30Si60∮13mm is 10,500-11,000 yuan per ton. Most of manufacturers maintain delivery for their regular customers. Several manufacturers received orders less than before, but generally speaking, the downstream demand is stable. As the heating season is coming, the measures such as limited production, shifting production and even suspended production will be taken accordingly. In this way, the operation rate of downstream steel mills will decrease, and the demand for core wires will decrease accordingly.
