[ferro-alloys.com]An official from U.S FED said that FED should not keep on decreasing interest. The index of U.S dollar rose up. Relatively, LME nickel price dropped down. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 15950 USD/T. It was 235 USD/T lower than the price on last Friday. People were not positive in future nickel market. Due to fall of LME nickel price, the price of future nickel went down. Compared with Shanghai future nickel 1909 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was 250 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 900-1000 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 125000 RMB/T, it was 1600 RMB/T lower than the price yesterday.

The stainless steel market was stable today. The increasing rate of ferronickel output was restricted, the spot goods were insufficient. Meanwhile, the nickel ore price rose up today. So, the price of high grade ferronickel lifted up again. The high grade ferronickel was quotd at 1090-1100 RMB/Nickel.The low grade ferronickel was 3050-3250 RMB/T.
