In this week, the prices of the raw materials of cored wire such as cold rolled strip steel and silicon calcium dropped, of which Q195 0.35*55 dropped to 4,390-4,440 yuan per ton from 4400-4450 to yuan per ton, Q195 0.4 *55 and Q195 0.45 *55 dropped to 4,360-4,410 yuan per ton respectively from 4,380-4,430 yuan per ton and 4,450-4,500 yuan per ton, SPCC0.35-0.39*55 dropped to 4,490 to 4,540 yuan per ton from 4,500-4,550 yuan per ton, SPCC 0.4 *55 and SPCC 0.45 *55 were dropped to 4,460-4510 yuan per ton from 4,480-4,530 yuan per ton, silicon calcium Ca28 (natural block) dropped from 12,000 - 12,200 yuan per ton to 10,800-11,000 yuan per ton, Ca30 (natural block) dropped from 11,800-12,200 yuan per ton to 11,000-11,200 yuan per ton and Ca30 (granule size 0-3mm) dropped from 11,400-11,800 yuan per ton to 10,800-11,200 yuan per ton, but the cored wire market is still stable on the whole with no large fluctuation in the prices of various products.
At present, calcium silicon cored wire (Ca28Si55∮13mm) is still 10,500 to 11,500 yuan per ton. Calcium silicon cored wire (Ca30Si58) is still 11,800 to 12,300 yuan per ton. Solid pure calcium cored wire (Ca98%min∮9mm) is 10,500 to 11,000 yuan per ton. Ferro calcium cored wire (Ca30∮13mm) is 8,300 to 8,800 yuan per ton. Ferro calcium cored wire (Ca30∮30mm) is 10,000 to 10,500 yuan per ton. Carbon cored wire (C98%∮13mm) is 6,500 to 7,000 yuan per ton. Silicon magnesium cored wire (Si40Mg28Re2∮13mm) is 11,500 to 12,500 yuan per ton. Ferro titanium cored wire (Ti30%min∮13mm) is 11,000 to 11,100 yuan per ton. Nodulizer cored wire is 11,500 to 11,800 yuan per ton. Metal crude calcium is 15,100-15,300 yuan per ton. Seamless metal calcium wire (Ca98%min∮9mm) is 10,000-11,000 yuan per ton. Seamless metal calcium wire (Ca98%min∮10mm) is 15,000-16,000 per ton. Ferroboron FeB19C0.1 is 20,000 to 22,000 yuan per ton, FeB18C0.5 is 18,000 to 18,200 yuan per ton, FeB17C0.5 is 17,500 to 17,800 yuan per ton and FeB16C0.5 is 16,500 to 17,000 yuan per ton.
The export transaction price of calcium silicon cored wire (ca30si60∮13mm) is 1,550 to 1,630 US dollars per ton. Calcium silicon cored wire (ca28si55∮13mm) is 1,530 to 1,610 US dollars per ton. Bite type solid core pure calcium core wire (ca98%min∮9mm) is 1,670 to 1,750 US dollars per ton. Pure calcium cored wire (Ca30 ∮13mm) is 1,350 to 1,400 US dollars per ton. There is no adjustment comparing with the last month (FOB price, Tianjin Port).
Since the prices of raw materials such as cold rolled strip steel and silicon calcium have been reduced, it is estimated the prices of cored wire products will come down a bit in later market, but will be still stable on the whole.
