Assessment of ASEAN Corporate Governance Awards used by Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) criteria in 2017 which covered five areas of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The award organized by Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG). The award is initiated by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to establish a common governance framework across the Southeast Asia region and to raise the profile of ASEAN Public Listed Companies within the global investment community.
