In December, Tokyo steel will increase its cost on heavy steel

Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co Ltd, Japan's best electric-arc furnace steelmaker, on Monday said it will raise costs for its substantial plates in December by 2.5 percent to reflect tight economic situations in the midst of strong development request.
