In Sindh & Baluchistan, steel re-rolling mills have been closed

Muhammad Hassan Bakshi, Chairman Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD), said that delayed repercussions of restriction on skyscraper and superfluous obstacles for NOCs issuance have begun as 70 steel re-moving factories of Sindh and Balochistan are shut because of moderate utilization of steel bars. He said that the Supreme Court of Pakistan, after aggregate prohibition on tall building development, has permitted ground in addition to six story development be that as it may, supposedly, Water Commission designated by the SCP has forced state of NOCs from utilities organizations before endorsement of plan by the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and has trained KW&SB not to issue any water NOC for new building development driving SBCA not to favor building plan.
