Langfang will cut 4.12 million tonnes of iron capacity and 1.7 million tonnes of steel capacity at 4 steel mills in 2017, and will clamp down all capacities at those 4 steel mills by late 2019.

In other news, Tangshan will restrict 50% of steel capacity in heating season in winter days, in terms of blast furnace capacity, which will be verified by real power consumption. Output at coking plants should be restricted by 30%.
