[Ferro-Alloys.com] United States Department of Commerce announced on September 20th, to impose countervailing duty on imports of cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, India and Korea
Among them, US DOC determined to modify countervailing duty rate for Korea; the countervailing duty rate was 11.09~11.31% for Brazil; the countervailing duty rate was 10% for India; the countervailing duty rate was 3.89~59.72% for Korea.
On August 17, 2015, the petition was submitted by AKSteelCorporation, ArcelorMittalUSALLC, NucorCorporation, SteelDynamics,Inc., and UnitedStatesSteelCorporation.
