Contracts for steel rebar in Shanghai Futures Exchange have fallen 28% from their highs in April, and 22% in this month, which is the worst profermance since the contracts were launched in 2009.
Futures of iron ore in China also fell 24% in this May, the worst month since its launch in 2013.
