SinoCast -- China Tungsten And Hightech Materials announces that China Minmetals plans to sell major tungsten mines, hard alloy business and HPTec to the company.

Meanwhile, the company plans to finance CNY 3 billion to raise performance of target assets, enabling itself to form an integrated tungsten industry chain covering tungsten mines, tungsten smelting, tungsten powder, hard alloy and deep processing so as to fulfill the commitment of perfecting the industry chain.
