Nickel prices is expected to rise sharply last year, but fell to 12-year low in the end of 2015. However, the situation has not been improved in beginning 2016, due to the sluggish market demand
Although, the nickel prices have dropped by 44% in 2015, market participants expect nickel prices to be rebounded this year. Due to the inventory of nickel has been reduced, especially for Chinese stainless steel market demand also slightly improved.
Whether nickel prices up or down, obviously will affect the supply and demand in global market for 2016.
