However, minimum price policy on the import of Indian steel ministry face enormous pressure from the country's Ministry of Mines and other countries. To keep competitive, Indian Minister of Steel in the State Department plans to have a talk with NMDC for further reducing the iron ore price.
 
Minimum price for steel imports execution policy is intended to enable those domestic steelmakers rescue indebted. Recently, the Indian government introduced intensive restrictive import measures.
