Lower Ferronickel Prices May Hurt Ore Market (Nov 9th-Nov 13th)

[Fellow][Ferro-Alloys.com] In domestic market, low-grade nickel ore 0.9-1.1 traded at 150-170yuan/wt; mid-grade nickel ore 1.5 traded at 240-260yuan/wt; high-grade nickel ore 1.8 traded at 430-450yuan/wt.

[Ferro-Alloys.com] In domestic market, low-grade nickel ore 0.9-1.1 traded at 150-170yuan/wt; mid-grade nickel ore 1.5 traded at 240-260yuan/wt; high-grade nickel ore 1.8 traded at 430-450yuan/wt.

In outer disc, low-grade nickel ore 0.9-1.1 traded at 16-18 dollars/wt; mid-grade nickel ore 1.5 traded at 30-32 dollars/wt; high-grade nickel ore 1.8 traded at 50-51 dollars/wt.

As reported, some ferronickel maker in Hunan province had to sell its raw materials at a fraction of the normal cost to space for the cash flow. And a downturn in ferronickel prices would cause some problems for the ore market when makers try to bargaining with traders.
