[Ferro-alloys.com] According to Vietnam Ministry of Finance statistics data released, Vietnam imported 317,000 tons of scrap steel in August this year, down 17.7% m-o-m. During the first eight months of this year, Vietnam imported 2.144 million tons of scrap steel, down 5.5% y-o-y, the total imports amounted US$ 5.9538 billion, down 29.4% y-o-y.
