[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is reported that Hebei Iron and Steel Group, already unveiled April bidding plan on ferromanganese. The purchase volumes were cut to 1,660 mt for high carbon ferromanganese from 3,640 mt. Medium carbon ferromanganese 78C2.0 expanded to 1,820, but 78C1.5 was decreased to 1,380 tons from 1,540 tons. Low carbon ferromanganese 80C0.7 cut to 1,400 tons from 1,700 tons.
