[Ferro-alloys.com]Chongqing Wujiang Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. （Wujiang Industry）is one of the greatest EMM manufacturers of China and its headquarter is located in Chongqing City. Wujiang Industry released its prospectus of 2015 short-term financing bond. This financing bond was issued from January 29th, 2015 and the lead underwriter was China Everbright Bank. Total amount of this issue was RMB 300 million (USD 48.4 million) and raised fund would be used to adjust the structure of corporate debt and repay bank loan. According to the prospectus, at the end of June 2014, short-term loan of Wujiang Industry was RMB 1.766 billion and long-term loan was RMB 1.937 billion.
