[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is said that Shagang Group, the biggest silicon manganese buyer in south of China, released January bidding plan on manganese alloy for 2015. Silicon manganese was increased to 16,000 tons in January from 15,000 tons for December 2014. Medium carbon ferromanganese was expanded to 1,000 tons from 8,00 tons. Low carbon ferromanganese was raised to 600 tons from 400 tons.
