[Ferro-Alloys.com]In Aug., both the high carbon ferrochrome and low carbon FeCr benchmark price was cut down by RMB50, which further hurt the LC FeCr manufacturers. In this condition, they tired to pressure the raw material price to reduce the cost. 

As one of the most important raw materials of LC FeCr--silicon-chrome, it price started to decline in recent days despite of the stable production. Now the mainstream price was RMB7800-7900/mt (ex-works price with tax by cash).
