[ferro-alloys.com] China’s lowered export tax on stainless steel will not drive dramatic increase in exports in 2018, SMM believes.

[ferro-alloys.com] China is set to adjust import and export tariffs on various metals and steel products from January 1, 2018, according to the State Council.

[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to General Administration of Custom Tariff Commission and Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council notified: this is the details of China ferroalloys customs export tariff in 2018,and enforced from Jan.1st 2018.

Rare earth ferrosilicon (Re weight more than 10%) is arrayed in the commodities of Ferroalloy contained Re weight more than 10% (HS code 72029991). So the 25% interium export duty will be removed from May 1st, 2015.

China will remove the export duties of some commodities from May 1, 2015. The related commodities include ferromolybdenum, ferrotungsten, ferro-tungsten-silicon, rare earth ect, detailed as follows,
